Academic Interests
My graduate training is in Comparative Literature, and I continue to conduct research on Chinese-language film, poetry and poetics. Pedagogically, my interests lie in critical reading and the integration of reading and writing across the curriculum, as well as bringing translanguaging into the composition classroom.
