Şule Aksoy

Postdoctoral Fellow

Sule Aksoy is a STEM education postdoctoral fellow at the Teaching and Learning Center at the CUNY Graduate Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Science Teaching from Syracuse University, where she taught introductory physical science courses and mentored graduate teaching assistants in STEM. Her scholarly work is grounded in empirical explorations of broadening participation in STEM education through enhanced student learning experiences and justice-oriented professional development opportunities. In her current role, she develops professional development curricula across several programs, such as STEM Pedagogy Institute, Transfer to STEM Student Success (TS3), and ASRC Teacher Residency Program, while supporting GC students in their teaching.
