I work with Ph.D. students on their topics(generally literary and art related) and offer a brief five-week course each semester in conjunction with independent study in three programs: English, French, and Comparative Literature.

I write on the visual and verbal, in any connection, and also biographies:Pascal, James, Picasso, Dali, Mina Loy, on movements like Futurism, Dada, surrealism, on woman poet/painters, especially surrealist women, and also on translation , and writing cookbooks and anthologies of the prose poem, and of manifestoes: very various topics
