I am a doctoral candidate in anthropology at the CUNY Graduate Center currently writing a dissertation on the political history of rain in the Uluguru Mountains, a key water catchment area in Tanzania. I’m also a dissertation fellow at the Committee on Globalization and Social Change and an editor at barricadejournal.org.
