As a first-generation college student and dedicated student parent, Estefany’s journey embodies resilience and determination, giving her a deep understanding of the needs of diverse student populations.

Starting her career in 2014 as a mentor within the Student Success Mentor Program, Estefany rose to the role of Program Coordinator in 2018, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a passion for empowering students to thrive. Her proficiency in industry skills such as leadership, communication, and collaboration has enabled her to guide thousands of students towards academic success.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Graphic Communication from Baruch College and ongoing studies toward a Master of Arts in Digital Humanities at the esteemed CUNY Graduate Center, Estefany is at the forefront of leveraging technology to revolutionize higher education. Her expertise spans digital media tools, web design, and multimedia content creation, allowing her to develop innovative programs and resources tailored to the needs of modern learners.
